How Much Mario Ratio Should You Leverage?
I think that 500 BIPs, like I think 15 to 20% drawdown is just going to be the natural salient sort of amount of ambient drawdown. That hairy brown permanent portfolio, if you get rid of cash, you scale up the other three sleeves, you've got periods of pretty meaningful drawdowns, like 20, 30%. Sure. So how much can you actually leverage that two times? Like you're not getting anywhere near 20. This is why my point wasn't bullshit earlier about it was a 10 waiting to draw down a Mario ratio.
