Time restricted feeding involves not eating for at least 16 hours a day. This can be done by skipping breakfast, lunch or dinner and then having an eight-hour period where you don't eat. For those who want to try it they have to do the same thing but with more time in between each meal. The method is similar to that of peter era from podcaster Piers Morgan's show Pod Save My Life.
