The Immediate Context of Genesis 12
Two episodes in a row. I'll on George Foreman. Actually two out of three. We have the same thing at the Tower of Babel. If you remember in 11 verse four, then they said, come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower with its top in the heavens. They don't make a name for themselves. But then we have this introduction of the genealogy of Shem, a man whose name literally means name. And so from this line of the name is going to come Abraham.
