Psychodelic Assisted Psychotherapy - What Does It Look Like?
Psychodelic assisted psychotherapy is generally paired in both clinical and research settings with more guidance and using psychotherapy. A typical course of psychodelic psychotherapyw typically have two therapis and involves three phases. There's a preparatory phase, there's the dosing, where the medicine's administered, and then there's an integration phase. We want people to feel at ease so that they can trust the process, trusts the therapist, trust themselves.

This episode covers psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy with Dr Emma Hapke and Dr Daniel Rosenbaum, both of whom are psychiatrists at the University Health Network in Toronto and co-founders of UHN’s Nikean Psychedelic Psychotherapy Research Centre (in addition to being lecturers in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto).
