How Do You Get Close to Your Manager?

I think especially during new grad times when we're like 21, 22, freshly out of school, your first manager is almost like a pseudo parent. Now that we're like, you know, late 20s, like getting older, there's less of that parent vibe and more of a maybe like an older sibling vibe or even just figure to help you. Yeah, mentor, totally.
