A Very Unusual Visit by the Pope in Uganda
In march 19 69, the archbishop made a request to the pope to come to uganda. Pope paul agreed and flew into antebe airport on the 30 first of july 19 69. Thousands lined the streets as the papal motor cade travelled to campala. mobina's parents had offered to accommodate the pope's enturage free of charge at their hotel in the capital.
