Young People Don't Want to Be Trustees
There are a huge amount of young people already who want to be trustees, and not enough trustye vacancies. Having young people on boards often they've been there for like two months,. And everyone is raving about the impact of having young people on board. We see people put in boxes or say like, oh, i'm a dinosaur in social media, like you manage our up and climbing trends. Again, that is not making the most of the of the potential young people to contribute as a full trustee in the full sense.
