Kostya Constantine: A Heroic Ukrainian

The Nipa is a pretty big river. And, you know, even down before you get to the mouth of it, as it empties into Black Sea and around the city of Herzon, it's a kilometer wide. But by blowing the dam, you flood the river downstream. The Russians are on one side and who's on the other on what is left bank lower Nipa river? Ukrainians. It's hard for me to speculate exactly what considerations the Russians, the Russians made here. They may have been trying to throw Ukraine off its stride as this counter offensive gains steam.
