There is a healthy amount of fear because that's what keeps us alive and actually we call it fear. A micro dose of fear allows us to second guess certain preconceived notions. The right amount of fear can activate your body the wrong amount of fear just like spices you know like spices you have your meal and then a tiny bit of spice if you change the ratio they don't work.
