How to Get the Most Bright Light in the Morning

We're not getting enough sunlight during the day, especially in the morning. And we are getting away too much bright light from artificial light sources in the evening. The combination of those two disrupts our circatian rhythm and prevents that system in the central clock in the brain from doing its job. Bright light, first thing in the morning, within first half an hour of the day is critical. You want at least ten minutes of bright light.
