The Russians Are Averse to Diplomacy
For russia, this war has become exessential for them. They see this as tis kind of total hybrid war against the west. Diplomacy is very unlikely in the near term because there are red lines that could make diplomacy even less likely. So diplomas s not a hundred percent dead but i say it's 95% dead to 90%. And there's nothing that an external mediator can really do from the global south or north.
