Movement snacks are something that you can do anytime, anywhere for a variety of reasons. These are developed by a friend of ours, Julie Angel, who comes from a parkour background. They're non-threatening and then if you do a little bit of bear crawl for like 30 seconds and you stand up, like everything feels loosened. That's what we basically adopted all these things from Julie's and movement snacks.
