The Problem With the Turing Test

There's an axiom that is not stated, nor is it justified or defended. And so I find that that whole thing, very problematic. He promoted a particular version of a Turing test which under some, under some not implausible construals you can get GPT for to pass. And he goes, we're there, and that must mean it's, it's conscious because it passes to no knees test. That tells me exactly that the tononi test is wrong, precisely because it didn't take into the possibility what we have with the GPT machine. So let me be very clear about what I think they have and it's relevant to the issues of both intelligence and consciousness
