The Importance of Arctic Sovereignty
For the average Canadian, I think there is a sense of northern identity that some other countries wouldn't share. Even for Denmark, I think Greenland is much more remote. So it is fundamental to our identity, but as you say, as people haven't been there, we don't have great strategy. "There's lots more we could be doing, should be doing"
