i don't see why you couldn't just make both of them do each one. I'm gong to tell this thing to animate why can't the browser say, oh, you're animating something. Let me just do it when i'm supposed to do it to make it more performant? There's going to be reasons why don't doa at me about this, i but, you know, i think i'd do enough animation stuff that i just would prefer not to have to worry about it.
