Building an Innovation Centered Team

When you're just starting to build a team, when it's small, you don't have the ecosystem for that. Early ideas or some of that early fostering of innovation are not going to be easy to protect. They might be fantastic IP, but they're never going to see the light of day if you aren't willing to involve other groups. That is so true when you're trying to kick off an organization from scratch.
