The Black Irish in America, Eddie Murphy and These Are the Guys

The Irish were thrown together with Black people on jobs and in neighborhoods. The census of 1850 was the first to include a class that was called mulattos. This profusion of, you know, Chaconil and Eddie Murphy, this profusion of Irish names were the fact that they were the names of the Irish mums. And that's how it all emerged. So the Irish were a mixed race in America. And the book goes on to tell how we became white because the Irish leaders figured out we need to be part of the white race at some state.
