HDR and Dolby Vision Worth the Trouble?

HDR can have overly bright scenes, white subtitles and ruined dark scenes. ABL triggers several times during one movie. Colors can look oversaturated. And the format war war between each year 10 plus and DV fragments content is a hot mess. I prefer SDR 10, but it's 10 bit as it's more pleasant to watch in a dark room and looks more accurate color wise.
