Anti Fragility

The idea that we're emotionally fragile is actually a lynch pin in why we're struggling more with mental health, possibly than ever before. We think of ourselves as emotionally fragile, and so that when we are anxious, wee are damaging ourselves. The concept of anti fragility was coined by nasim nicholas teleb; it's the opposite of this. It gains from disorder and difficulty and strain.
