The Body Follows the Mind

We're ging to start off with a couple of little exercises, little breath and movement exercises. Tense the body, every muscle, every cell, and then powerfully exhale the mouth. Relax your shoulders, soften the muscles of the face and take a deep breath inhail. Exhale at the mouth, close your eyes and bring the eyes up towards the brow point,. That space between both of the eyebrows will be our focal point for the rest of the session.
