Is There a Need to Jump Into Early Talent?
In our early 20s mid 20s, you don't always know exactly everything that comes along or an emerging talent. What the company might have wanted two or three years ago, it might be very different what they want now. Early talent today goes into the job and kind of immediately expects that they're going to get promoted. That's a mistake. The interview, the company that you work for needs to be the place that you prove you've got the abilities to get hired, be successful in the job, and then take a promotion.
