How Important Is Developing Achievable Estimates?
A consultant should be able to develop accurate levels of estimate for the work that they're being asked to do. It's something that we try to cultivate early on when we add a new team member. We partner them with a more senior person and have them each do an independent estimate. And then we talk through the whys and the what fors of how they came up with their numbers.
