"I think that the overall vibe, whether it's colleagues or, I don't know, non-colleagues, whatever that means that I meet," he says. "It's that we haven't seen each other for a while, and it's good to get together." He thinks ad hoc collaboration and business value creation doesn't necessarily happen like when you're in the office. "[Conference] creates this time where you don't have anything else going on ... You just kind of like hang out with people while you're waiting for meetings to happen,. And so there's a lot of like thinking and like, scheming and actual sort of like work".
