vice recently critiqued mind bloom, which may or may not be different from cademy psychotherapy. Some people reported that they just didn't feel like they got a lot of support and really any integration from it. The pandemic made this the shift to doing at home use. And so i think it was an interesting move for some people who are struggling with depressive moods.
