How Do We Decide What's Important?
How does journalism decide what's important? How do we decide, giving everything that could be on the front page whight. There isn't a committee in congress that primarily deals with a i. It is some mixture of a subjective judgment of importance and how interesting it will be to the audience. And then, and this one's really important to me, path dependence.
