The Problems With SWOTs
I see a lot of misuses of SWOTs as well. The other issue I see with Swats is just filling them in with crap, big words,. Because otherwise all of the spots are all of the same. Do you still teach? I haven't since before the pandemic. It's a timing issue. And plus I need to make it make some financial sense. Honestly, when you add junk, you only get paid for your teaching hours. You don't get paid for prep. For somebody like me, prep was everything. Yeah. But I think I might get back into it in one way or another but I might have to control it.
