The Problem of Spadial Inequality
I would think there's tens of millions of Americans who would do better if they had a stronger neighborhood, stronger social structure around them. I mean, that's a whole different problem that gets actually very little attention. We talk about poverty, but we don't really talk about these large segments of the country where people literally are trapped or greatly disadvantaged simply of what street, what neighborhood they're in. And it's shocking to me coming from around the world where you see so many people like that and so little discussion of the problem.
