Positive Behaviour Management in Schools

PBS is a large initiative that we brought into the school to change behaviour. We taught them how to walk into assembly and respect guest speakers. It was this refreshing moment where we looked at each other and went we've done it let's high five ourselves. So amazing I mean we often talk about the importance of students being able to you know read and write for their future prospects but to actually take that on and say we have incredibly high behaviour expectations we're going to teach them and if the students who can't do it we'll give them the support that they actually need is just incredible.
