Was It a Serial Killer?
In 99, an inspector named Kim Rossmo said he believed that this was the work of a serial killer. But again, back then, the police department dismissed the theory altogether. We loved every bit of it, the pickup, the courtship on the street corner downtown, how much he'd pay, the killing, the dismembering. The serial killers generally need a bigger and bigger thrill, so they escalate their violence.
