Anxiety and Depression
A lack of awareness in terms of our thoughts and our emotions really play a part in anxiety and depression. We tend to have, i think, i can't remember the percentage, but research shows that a giant percentage of our thoughts are actually the same thoughts as the day before. And so if we understand that, we have the ability to interrupt those thoughts and have novel thoughts that are more helpful for us. Not happier, but rational, more helpful.
