The effect of certain sounds, not that you hear from the outside, and then it creates a change internally. Oon really fascinating 20 18 study that was published in the journal of music theraby. They looked at the effects of toning, of what they described as a form of vocalizing which uses the natural voice to express sounds ranging from cries, grunts and s to open vowel sounds.
