When i really understood a startd learning what the ascar was and how you can apply it, as we had everybody kind of self right themselves? Where are you on the ascar? Are you at the launch point? Or you in the sweet spot, or you in mastery? So it was really interesting see where people thought they were, then where i thought they were. Again, we brought in some super smart people from great companies like wayfarer sherwin williams,. They're back at that launch point, but they're bringing in a lot of external knowledge as well.
