It's basically the first kind of broad fundamental neuroscientific theory of how the brain implements the mind. It's that the brain is an organ that always minimizes its prediction-error and that's really as short as it gets. From that follows everything about perception, about action, about attention and understanding. So that's as short as I can do it.
