How to Create a System in Your Head

I think we all do have a system in our heads. It's just not fully formed. We have ways of working that works for us. Like, if you can create something the way your brain works, there is only two apps I know that can do that. Roman and Notion because and Koda to an extent. If you like columns, nah, because it's so messy.
