If there was a digital idea cart that you had to get in order t be on line, you probably wouldn't be a bunch of those crazy ass things. So would it curb on line violence? Maybe theoretically it would. Would certainly curve a bunch of the shitak, and but in the end, if someone wanted to do this stuff, they'd probably be able to do it anyway. If they tell you an internet id card is there to keep you safe, you can be assured it is not there toKeep you safe. It's not about that. That'll be the sales pitch. That's how you'd sell it if you were them, till they always do it.
