Putting Personal Growth Before Product Growth

The best PMs are able to take every single piece of information, everything that they learn and even be able to admit that they had seen things wrong the way they were thinking before. A lot of a lot of really great PMs look for the problem and then go figure out how to solve it. It is not necessarily pretty many times and it is not necessarily the most glamorous of jobs. You still play a big role in influence and you have to convince the rest of your team that this is what to do.
