The Church's Relationship With the Catholic Church in the United States
The church mostly solidified his relationship with other churches, specifically the Catholic church in an effort to fight against same sex marriage in the United States. The same is true here. I probably was one of the leading anti same sex advocates in this country for some years. But at every at every committee that I appeared at every parliamentary inquiry, there'd be an empty chair beside me either notionally or actually. And it never appeared formally before any of these these inquiries.
