Despite the claim that south south co operation is about redressing unequal relationships, say, between the south and the north, there may be a replication of certain practices. So maybe you would have certain major powers like india, china, brazil, duplicating, replicating, maybe very similar, exploitate practices in relation to this collaboration they have with other countries in the south. Isthe danger that that can happen, or that is happening? Yes, i think it's definitely a concern, i suppose. Why iam worried is that what i see is the language of the new cold war, which is being amplified. It's almost being prefiguratively created. And
