A Pimple, Not a Cold Sore?

i have a pimple on the side of my lip, not a cold sore. The problem is, it's really hard to diagnose cause all zits are not created equal. I recently had a in inner mouth thing. If i wear a grindigas, rubbing against it all night, it will never heal. And we'll be back on the other side of thes sages.
