The School of Greatness - The Number Two Key Principle

The number two key principle that all great leaders possess is they turn adversity into their advantage. We get to choose how we use these adversities to either move us forward in our growth or to hold us back. When in doubt, focus out, focus on the vision and the impact you wanna make in other people. So just be aware that adversity is your friend. It's gonna come from time to time here and there. Just be prepared. And again, the bigger the dream that you have, the more room for potential adversity but this is what's going to allow you to grow.
