I think three to four years slash seasons is actually a very good period of time. I was fascinated when the down left Madrid really shortly after winning the Champions League. It needs another discourse, another working methodology. And that's why I took this decision. There's a big degree of bravery to leave a team that is winning. But I think football is hard to look at in cycles. A season naturally works but is to a degree short term - it's probably mid-term and definitely not long term. You just don't know how you go about sort of retrospectively picking the bones out of that compared to now.
