Next JS 13

The site is running. My goal was to get it running in this, you know, experimental form of next JS in its original form. And the great news is this worked flawlessly. I didn't have to do anything. Just copied the code in and ran it. So that's cool because it means that it's backwards compatible. The approach I took was just taking the old pages directory and renaming it to app. It seemed like you could incrementally do this as well.
