I think, yeah, part of the self advocacy is I think you have to have worked towards self acceptance, dropping the perfectionism as well. If you accept yourself and you accept your brain, then it's a lot easier to ask for help or ask for support. Mm, it is perfectionism is a really hard one to let go of too though. That is something I experienced for a lot of years too. And I still find it very hard to letgo of that. It's when you recognize it again with getting a diagnosis and understanding yourself. You then start to realize, okay, this is why I'm a perfectionist. So you've got a reason as well.
