Are You Trying to Change the World?

Change is in some ways at the heart of being able to deliver value. Most people are almost trying to change as they go, but force isn't quite the right word. Having a culture where changes accepted, changes wanted, changes is okay. And I think we talked before about that sort of intersection between the need to build out these sort of enterprise muscle from a nature and technology standpoint. But without over sizing on building too much muscle that frankly isn't needed and isn't a good use of anybody's time or investment.
