Introduction

There's been a lot of talk in the press lately about the great resignation, millions of people quitting their jobs. Why would nurses, doctors, pharmacists, housekeepers? Why would they quit? When, for many of them, they were called to this profes it was a deeper calling. It was about helping other people and living there authentic truth. And i think what people realized very quickly when they introspected is that they were miserable.
