Is There Just a Lower Limit Than a Valuable?
Voyager was the type of data you needed, and those were much more expensive missions. Is there just a level where it's not worth it to invest inthese missions? You need to invest enough that's commensurate with that kind of time investment in my view. I do think there's a minimum in cost that's probably worth it in today's dollars.
