Russia's Response to Ukraine's Drone Attacks

Russia used drones to attack and set fire to Ukrainian grain storage facilities in Odessa. It follows Russia's refusal to extend the Black Sea Grain Deal that allowed for exports of Ukrainian grain. And also threats last week to impose a de facto blockade on Ukrainian ports by regarding all vessels heading to Ukrainian ports as legitimate targets. Moscow, it should be said, did quickly row back on this last threat by claiming that the announcement meant the Russian forces would inspect ships and not necessarily sink them.
