Is There a Way to Get Rid of the Boiler Plate Stuff?

I would say this is total brain storming, but maybe there's some kind of simple boiler plate code that projects using the g p l could insert. For certain people to use it under certain circumstances, and in so doing, their forking it and their making available publicly, at least then that lets them track it. But i i'm not a hundred % convinced, i must say. The only way involves block chain, clearly,. that's what chris on the exon plug was arguing. I don't know. Maybe there is a way.
