Nine Months at Justin's Landscaping
When you buy a small business each month's like dog years. I have a very heavy operational background. And so cutting my teeth at B&B for nine months, which is not a long time in retrospect, allowed me to act quicker and do things faster. No matter how big or small the company is, when you're dealing in a service industry like this, a lot of the same problems come about. So I can now see them coming. We can be proactive versus reactive. And I know what the consequences are or the effects are of every decision we make.
