How to Write a Great Cover Letter

The goal of the cover letter, again, is to get someone to read the resume. Often I would format them as bullet points. This is where you'd like to emphasize some point about their company that shows that you've looked into it and have done the research. As a business owner, I can say that when someone applies for a job and I see that they understand what we might need then I pay attention.
